Mar Menor Mud Baths
Mar Menor is europes largest natural lagoon and offers not only stunning views and beachside walks but one of the best natural Mud Bath's Spain has to offer.
A popular spot for tourists the mud baths offer great natural benefits. The therapeutic effect of the mud in the warm inland sea of the Mediterranean has been known for centuries. Especially people with arthritis, rheumatism and other joint diseases and skin problems benefit from a mud bath. This is due to the healing effect of many ingredients in the salt water such as calcium, fluoride, chlorine, sulphate and magnesium. The mud is also good for making small wounds heal faster.

Salinas y Arenales de San Pedro del Pinatar
The Salinas y Arenales in San Pedro del Pinatar Regional Park is a wetland located between the Mar Menor and the Mediterranean Sea, which has 856 hectares of land, distributed between the towns of San Javier and San Pedro del Pinatar.
This environment has been shaped by humans because of the conditions for salt production: scarce rainfall, high insolation and prevailing east winds. These characteristics, along with centuries of salt extraction, have given rise to different environments, with a flora and fauna adapted to these unique circumstances.
A stunning area to explore and see the flamingos in their natural habitat.
Sierra Espuna
The Sierra Espuña Regional Reserve is located in the central part of the Murcia region, between the districts of Alhama de Murcia, Totana and Mula. It is an area full of contrasts, where visitors will find everything from forests and high-mountain scenery; to rivers and reservoirs, and dry or irrigated agricultural areas. It has an average altitude of around 800 metres, and reaches a maximum height of 1,583 metres. The uneven relief of the Sierra Espuña range is precisely one of its main attractions, as this is what gives it its unique and imposing landscapes such as the Paredes de Leyva cliff faces, the Cuchillos de El Bosque, the Muela plateau, and the ravines of Gebas or la Hoz.
Another curious feature is the Pozos de Nieve, or snow pits, whose origins date from the 16th century, and which are located at an altitude of 1,400 metres. These are 25 large circular holes dug out of the ground which once served as refrigerators. Every winter, teams of workers stored the snow inside them so that in spring the bars of ice could be used in cities throughout the area

Murcia City is approx. 40 minutes by car from Roda Golf and features the stunning Murcia Cathedral, Salzillo Museum and vibrant plazas. A great place to spend the day exploring the history and architecture, grab a bite to eat for lunch or dinner and indulge yourself in some of the best shopping Spain has to offer.
